Custom Board Cutting

Pitman can custom cut board products with unmatched precision, to within +/- 1/32”. Featuring five state-of-the-art Hendrick HP-3 computerized saws, Pitman offers nationwide cut-to-size services. The HP-3 can cut virtually any board, including Gatorfoam, UltraBoard, Sintra, Di.Bond, and Plexi within extremely tight tolerances and smooth edges. Minimum orders for custom cut board are full cartons of substrate ordered. Larger quantities can be quoted from bulk inventory.

Custom Board Routing

Pitman’s Multi-Cam Pro Series Router is compatible with all CAD systems on the market today. Featuring a routing platform 60” wide by 120” long.  Pitman can route on almost any substrate, including Gatorfoam, Sintra, wood and acyclic. Produce graphics such as:
